Our founder Ms Lucy Ruan has over 15 years’ experience in the health and wellness industry, driven by her passion for Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), massage, wellness and spa. Combining innovative strategic thinking, state-of-the-art therapies and her remarkable familiarity with the market, Ms Ran has condensed and harmonised key learnings from multiple disciplines into her programmes, which encapsulate the notion of “Heavenly Healing, Earthly Healing and Natural Healing”. Following the footsteps of ancient Chinese physicians who were renowned for their altruistic disposition and ethical heritage, we seek to leverage the profound knowledge from traditional Chinese culture while adding value through innovative techniques and our unparalleled customer-first service culture.
